چکیده
The article presents a case report of the Chatterjee phenomenon after implantation pacemaker in patient with heart failure preserved ejection fraction. During hospitalization specialized cardiology hospital, patient's electrocardiogram (ECG) showed atrial fibrillation (AF) ventricular rate 49 bpm, ST segment depression 1 mm I, II, V4-V6 leads. Taking into account data 24-hour ECG monitoring (pauses up to 5,2 seconds AF) and Stokes-Adams syndrome equivalents, decision was made implant single-chamber pacemaker. Immediately implantation, AF registered on VVI mode 60 pulses/min. On second day intervention, reprogrammed form reducing minimum pacing from 45 third altered terminal complex part detected negative T waves III, aVF, V2-V6 leads, as well V3-V6 1,5 mm. Differential diagnosis identified abnormalities other clinical conditions accompanied by impaired repolarization processes according carried out. In dynamics, normalization picture 2,5 months demonstrated.

متن کاملHeart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction
Symptomatic heart failure, despite preserved left ventricular (LV) ejection fraction, is a well-recognized phenomenon. This manifestation of diastolic dysfunction is associated with increased morbidity and mortality and can be attributed to a variety of pathogeneses, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, infiltrative processes, and obesity. Unlike in systolic heart failure, where LV ejecti...

We report the case of a 55-year-old woman with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), who presented with hypertensive urgency and pulmonary oedema. The patient was medically optimized and underwent cardiac catheterization revealing pulmonary hypertension, elevated pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, normal cardiac index, and non-obstructive coronary disease. Invasive evaluation...
